Illinoia is a fictional city about 50 miles south of Chicago, and 10 miles east of Kankakee. Originally created in the days of FS-98 to test various macros and scenery design ideas, Illinoia was left in a state where it can no longer be developed as design software evolved.

The scenery consists of a small but dense city, and an airport with runways capable of handling anything from a small single engine aircraft, up to a space shuttle.
