| Installing Scenery In FS-2002 | |
|
Installing scenery is easy to do. Start by opening Windows Explorer. Under your root folder, create a new folder. You can call it whatever you wish, but I'm going to use the example of c:\fsscenery. ![]() After that, you need to create a subfolder for each area you want to install, and in that subfolder, you must create another subfolder called scenery. ![]() A few things to note:
Start FS-2002 Select the world menu, and then Scenery Library. It will display this screen: ![]() Click on add, and it will bring up the next screen: ![]() Find your way to to the correct folder, and highlight it. Do not double click it, you don't want to open the folder. After it's highlighted, give the area a name. You next have the choice of "Cache This Scenery" or "Use This Scenery Directly." I use the second one, but feel free to experiment and find what works best for you. Click OK to return to the previous screen, and then OK again. Your scenery should now show up. If You're Still Having Trouble Hopefully, this has cleared everything up. But if you have questions that haven't been answered, E-Mail flightsim.andyjohnston.net and you'll be contacted as soon as possible. |
