The culmination of more than 4 years of scenery design, Ottawa for FS-2002/2004 adds more detail than ever before. Areas of the city such as the Byward Market come to life in a way seldom seen in the Flight Simulator world.
Ottawa for FS-2002/2004 also introduces a new concept in scenery design. Using textures that have a 3-D feel, virtual pilots are treated to the illusion that there is more happening than there really is, all without affecting the frame rates of the scenery.
Keep your eyes open! The scenery contains a number of "easter eggs." Small, unexpected items that aren't essential to the scenery, but add a little extra something for those lucky enough to stumble upon them. Get ready to do some exploring. See if you can find the hot air balloon, the construction site, and the broken down car, among others.
As with the Ottawa for FS-2000, this new version again adds the Oscar NDB which does not appear in the default FS-2002 scenery. By tuning the ADF to 344, you can make better approaches to runway 7.
